Term & Conditions of Draw
1) Qualifying period: 1st Jan 2011 to 10th
July 2011.
2) The Draw will be conducted on 10th July
2011.
3) Prizes to be won:
i) 1st Prize : Cash value of SGD3,888.00
ii) 2nd Prize : Cash value of
SGD2,888.00
iii) 3rd Prize : Cash value of SGD888.00
4) Cool N Lite Solar Film reserves the right
to, in its sole and absolute discretion,
shorten and/or extend the duration of the
qualifying period without prior
notification.
5) The Draw is open to the participation of
all eligible customers who have the lucky
draw entitlement.
6) A customer shall be eligible to
participate in the lucky draw provided that:
(A) Automobile
i) Customer has purchase a retail
package for the supply and
installation for the whole vehicle.
ii) Customer chooses to upgrade the
full car installation package to
either the Premier or Titan package
if the option of a complimentary
Classique package was given by their
car agent.
(B) Residential/ Commercial
iii) Customer has purchased a
minimum value of $500.00 for the
residential application.
7) Each customer is only entitled to 1 (one)
entry in the Draw.
8) Each customer is only eligible to win 1
(one) prize in the Draw.
9) Corporate customers of Cool N Lite Solar
Film Pte Ltd are not eligible to the draw.
10) Not applicable for employees and their
spouses of Cool N Lite Solar Film Pte Ltd
and Imperial-1 Pte Ltd and all personnel who
are involved in the Lucky Draw Program. Cool
N Lite reserves the sole and absolute
discretion to exclude any customer (who
would otherwise be eligible) if deemed by
Cool N Lite Solar Film Pte Ltd in its
absolute discretion to be sub-standard,
doubtful, bad or delinguent or not conducted
in a proper and satisfactory manner from the
luck draw.
11) Winners will be notified by post
separately by Cool N Lite Solar Film Pte
Ltd. Cool N Lite Solar Film Pte Ltd shall
have the right to publish the name, NRIC
number and pictures/photographs of the
winner(s )in its promotional materials
without prior notice, or otherwise engage
the winners in any form of publicity for
Cool N Lite Solar Film Pte Ltd.
12) The prize is considered claimed when the
winner/ authorized personnel signs on the
acknowledgement form.
13) If the prize is not collected within 2
(two) months from the date of the
notification letter, it will be donated to
any approved charitable organization.
14) Prizes are not transferable and not
exchangeable in any kind.
15) There will be no replacement for lost or
stolen prizes.
16) Cool N Lite Solar film Pte Ltd’s
decision on all matters relating to the draw
shall be final, binding and conclusive and
no correspondence will be entertained.
17) Cool N Lite Solar Film Pte Ltd reserves
the right to substitute any stated prize
without prior notice.
18) Cool N Lite Solar Film Pte Ltd will not
be responsible for any injuries, losses or
damages suffered as a result of or in any
con nection to the Lucky Draw.
19) Cool N Lite Solar Film Pte Ltd reserves
the right to amend these Terms and
Conditions at any time at its own discretion
without prior notice.
