Terms & Conditions

Warranty of Goods/Services
1. All our goods/services will serve their intended functions. This warranty entitles the Purchaser a limited seven (7) years warranty on Cool N Lite solar film against bubbles, peeling, cracking, oxidising and discolouration. Such warranty will not be applicable if due to improper or negligent care; if the Purchaser fails to maintain in accordance to prescribed instructions or causes physical damage to the surface on which Cool N Lite solar film is applied.

Cool N Lite Solar Film Pte Ltd will not be liable or responsible for any loss, damages or injuries suffered in the event of window breakages. This warranty is personal to the Purchaser and not transferable or assignable.

Cool N Lite Solar Film Pte Ltd disclaims all warranties expressed or implied other than described herein; including without limitation, any warranty or merchantability, quality or fitness for any purpose whatsoever. UNDERSTANDING YOUR COOL N LITE SOLAR FILM Upon installation, there will be a hazy (undulated) look to the surface of the windows due to water moisture being trapped in between. Bubbling during the curing process is common, the moisture trapped within will vaporise in 2 – 3 weeks time. If you find fingers (air pockets arising due to tension release) emerging from the edge of the film, please return to the installation centre to have it squeezed out immediately. After installation, it is advised that you keep the windows wound up for at least 48 hours to prevent “shifting” of film before the adhesive system adheres to the glass.

During the period of curing, please Do Not use the heat demister. Do not apply any form of adhesive stickers and/ or items with suction caps onto the film surface until the adhesive coating is cured and properly adhered to the glass surface. You are advised to clean the glass window coating only after it is fully cured, do not apply any cleaning agent directly on the film, and instead use a soft cloth and water to clean the surface. In the event of defects, do not attempt to rectify yourself, please call us immediately to arrange for rectification.

2. All our prices are nett. No discounts will be given unless during monthly promotions.

Payment Processing
3. We only accept VISA, MASTERCARD, NETS & Corporate cheque payments.

4. We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed.

Cancellation of Orders
5. We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame.

6. We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.

Exchange & Refunds
7. All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
